Draft Scopes for FCMAT Study

After the two input meetings held on August 14th, FCMAT worked to create draft scopes (please click here) to focus the questions to answer during the study.  It was impossible to include every question generated at the earlier meetings, but they worked to try and create scopes that would include as much of the input as possible.  These are in draft form, so please take a look and provide any suggestions that you might have.  We will send these directly to FCMAT.  Feedback will be accepted until September 2, 2014 at noon.
