New to Brentwood Schools
If you have just moved into the Brentwood Union School District, Welcome! To make your transition easier, we have put many of our important resource links on this one page. They can also be found under other menu items as you explore our website. Please feel free to contact us at any time if we can assist you.
In addition to the forms you can get from our website, please be prepared to provide an original birth certificate, proof of immunizations and proof of residency to your appointment.
We are happy to welcome you and your student to the Brentwood Union School District. Please be advised that because we are a growing community, placement at your neighborhood school may not be possible. While we can assure you placement within our school district, we can not guarantee placement at your neighborhood school. Please call the school site you are zoned to attend or our district office for further information.
The Brentwood Union School District operates on a modified traditional school calendar. Classes usually begin in late July with a 10 day break in October and another 10 day break in March. These breaks are in addition to the traditional holidays which include a two week winter break. Summer break is approximately eight weeks beginning with the second week in June.
Bus Transportation for our students is provided by the Liberty Union High School District Transportation Department. For rate and route information, please contact the Transportation Department at 925-634-2700. The busing application is available for download here in English and Spanish.
This link takes you to Data Quest where you can get reports for accountability such as STAR Test results, Academic Performance Indicator (API) and Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) as well as information about other tests, enrollment, graduates, dropouts, course enrollments, staffing, and English learners. Another helpful site is the Ed-Data that will help you find answers to frequently asked questions about the finances, demographics and performance of California's K-12 schools.
More information on these and many other topics can be found on Student Services Home Page.
