    Current Developer Fees effective 10/2022

    $3.35 per square foot of assessable space for new single family detached residential development and $3.35 for new multifamily attached residential development, including new residential projects, manufactured homes and mobile homes

    $.546 per square foot of assessable space for commercial and age restricted housing.
